By accessing our website, requesting services, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Demo Company provides residential and commercial plumbing services in San Diego, California and surrounding areas, including repairs, installations, drain cleaning, water heater service, leak detection, repiping, and emergency service. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any service request at our discretion.

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may change if conditions differ from what was described. For most jobs we provide upfront pricing before work begins; your approval of the price authorizes the work. Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept common forms of payment. Late payments may be subject to fees permitted by California law.

Program description. Demo Company operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about plumbing services, including appointment reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and promotional offers.

Consent. By providing your mobile phone number to Demo Company — through our website, by calling us, by texting us, or by checking a consent box — you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Demo Company at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically you may receive up to a few messages per month, though service-related messages may be more frequent during an active job.

Opt out (STOP). You may cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will confirm your opt-out. After opting out you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you re-consent.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at 512-345-6565.

Carrier fees. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message and data charges your mobile carrier bills you for messages received from us. Contact your carrier for details.

Carriers. SMS delivery is attempted on all major U.S. wireless carriers, but we do not guarantee delivery or that messages will not be filtered or delayed by your carrier.

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to consent to receive SMS messages from us.

Liability for SMS. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any carrier charges you incur. We are not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the SMS program to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Privacy. Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Work performed by Demo Company is warranted against defects in workmanship for the period stated on your invoice or estimate; this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or pre-existing conditions. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or scrape content without permission. All content on this website is owned by Demo Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
